Do I need a med card?
Happy Bud is initiative-71 compliant, which means you do NOT need a medical card -- just a valid ID showing you are 21 or older.
What forms of payment does Happy Delivery accept?
Happy Delivery accepts cash on delivery or payment in the form of a virtual gift card that can be loaded with Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX for your convenience.
What kind of identification do you accept?
We accept any government issued ID. Valid passports and foreign passports are ok.
Do you deliver outside of DC?
No, unfortunately we do not deliver to MD or VA. Our only service areas are within Washington DC, and Miami, Florida.
